Avaliação do uso de e-books em bibliotecas universitárias

Resumo

Considerando a necessidade de avaliar as coleções, objetiva-se identificar como o uso de e-books (livros eletrônicos) tem sido avaliado no ambiente universitário. Para isso, foram selecionados 28 artigos publicados de 2020 a 2024, categorizados conforme seus objetivos e abordagens: análise e qualificação do uso a partir do sistema; análise do uso para avaliação da aquisição; identificação de comportamentos e opiniões; comparação entre e-books e livros impressos; e aceitação dos e-books enquanto tecnologia. Conclui-se que há diversos pontos de vista para a avaliação do uso de e-books, desde aqueles centrados nas coleções e nos sistemas aos centrados nos usuários.
